EDM offers two support models to suit your critical needs; BASIC 8x5 and COMPLETE 24x7
BASIC 8x5

Terms & Conditions

  • This Agreement is effective for a period of 1 (One) Year starting from the approval date and shall automatically renew for further periods of 1 (one) Year provided neither party has served written notice, at least 1 month before the end of the then current 1 Year period.
  • The equipment covered under this agreement are those listed above and any other equipment can be added after extending the current agreement
  • Unlimited telephonic support and answer to any queries on any aspect related to the equipment covered by this agreement during the validity of this agreement and extend on site assistance where such support is inadequate. In case any of the covered equipment needs repair in our workshop, the client should be noticed
  • On-site service calls to be answered within 8 working hours. In the case of urgency, the account manager shall assess the urgency of the call and act accordingly
  • Support is to be provided 8x5
  • Replacement UPS will be provided for the emergency cases
  • 4 Preventive maintenance visits for the UPS and the batteries
  • The customer financial obligations shall remain valid for the whole duration of the contract even in the case of a termination notice
  • Spare Parts are included in the maintenance agreement for the first year only

NOT Covered

  • Batteries & Parts
  • Problems caused by improper use
  • Problems caused by natural disasters
  • Problems caused by strikes, riots or act of war or nuclear disaster
  • Maintenance made by other than EDM personnel
  • Displacing the UPS and the batteries

Customer Responsibilities

    • Maintain healthy working environment for all the equipment
    • Assign one person in charge for the communication with EDM
    • Fill and Sign every visit report submitted by EDM personnel
    • Answer all recommendations provided by EDM personnel

Liabilities

EDM, its authorized agents, subcontractors, or employees shall not be liable to the customer for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits caused by their presence on the customer premises or by the installation, operation, maintenance or removal of any of the customer unit(s) of equipment.
